Failed Norwegian international Kristofer Haestad made a dream return to IK Start on Monday, playing a starring role and scoring in his teams opening game of the season.

Haestad wa brought in originally on a six-month loan deal, but was cut short after it ws apparent the midfielder was strugglingto adapt to life in England.

He returned to his parent club, and made the perfect return.

He said: It's nice to be home again in a comfortable environment,"

"These were three important points in a match we knew would be difficult.

"It just feels perfect to be back at Start."

All eyes are on his Scandinavian counterpart Granqvist, who remains at Wigan despite making just one subsitute appearance sine joining in January.
