The 23 year old has only been with the Latics for twelve months after joining from Newcastle, and despite the claims of his agent that N'Zogbia is happy with Wigan, the player suggested the contrary.
Just yesterday N'Zogbia's agent Franck Peslerbe had spoken of N'Zogbia's happeness with the Latics. However it seems the player is tempted by a move to from side Birmingham City.
"If a chance comes up for me to join Birmingham, and the deal is to Wigan's advantage, then why not?" said N'Zogbia.
"Birmingham have made a very interesting start to the season, and now everything will depend on how ambitious they are.
"Wigan's season has been very disappointing. We give our all in matches, then end up with just one point or none at all. I feel frustrated. We lack consistency."
Perhaps a better defensive performance from N'Zogbia yesterday would have helped. Former Latic Luis Antonio Valencia had a field day yesterday evening as he strolled round N'Zogbia time after time.
