Wigan Athletic are said to be one of three clubs to be tracking Olympiakos's Yanni Okkas. His agent has claimed that Wigan Athletic have been to watch him play recently.
Wigan's Premiership rivals Manchester City and Charlton Athletic have also been to watch the 28-year-old, with the latter of the three clubs particularly keen on the Cyprus International.Agen Kostas Botos confirmed Wigan's interesd to Skysports, saying: "I have contacts with Manchester City, Charlton, Wigan and Osasuna" Adding: "The player's contract with Olympiakos expires next June and these clubs are watching him."

Wigan have already began their Summer shopping, they have agreed a deal with Gwarek Zabrze of Poland for 17-year-old Tomasz Cywka. The Polish Under-19 midfielder is said to be the most promising player Poland have produced and Wigan beat off stiff competition for his signature.
Wigan have also been running the rule over highly-rated Barnsley goalkeeper Scott Flinders. The 19 year old, who had a similar trial with Champions Chelsea in January, will find out by the end of the week whether he will be offered a contract with the Premierships surprise package of this season.
